Ordering
Ordering from our website is quick and easy. Browse through the site and click on "Add to Cart" to add
products to your shopping cart. Continue to do so until you have all desired items in the shopping cart.
Once satisfied, proceed to "Checkout." If you are a first time customer you will create an account to input
your contact information. No payment information is stored in the system. Returning customers will input
their account information. You will then follow the checkout process where you select your shipping preference,
enter payment information, confirm your order and then receive confirmation of your order. An order is not
placed in the system until you complete the checkout process.
Using Your Account
Customers will create an account to store their contact information. This is to make ordering easier the second
time around. No credit card or payment information is stored in our system. You will be asked for payment method
each time you purchase from www.hydrapak.com.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders, where product is in stock, will ship the next business day. When out of stock you will be contacted by
customer service.
A two week lead time is needed for Gallery items out of stock.
Returns
Hydrapak will only accept returns of product purchased through www.hydrapak.com. Visit the Returns
portion of the website for additional instructions and to request a Return Authorization for your product.
Your request will be reviewed by our staff and you will be issued a Return Authorization Number with instructions
on how to return the product.
Warranty
The Hydrapak Drink System has a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. Hydrapak packs have a
limited warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase. Visit the Warranty
section of the website for additional instructions and to submit your warranty request.
Privacy and Security
All customer information is transmitted securely to Hydrapak and is not distributed.
All payment information is sent directly to our credit processing agency. A
bsolutely no payment information is received or stored by Hydrapak.
